Nice clip from Microsoft illustrating some of the possibilities in Manhattan Harbour. We'd like to give everyone who lives in Manhattan Harbour a smartphone "passport" to the community. The idea is that the passport will enable people to pay the tab, rent cars and transport, receive coupons and discounts, utilize the concierge, and stay connected in the community, amongst many other things.
